An Australian prototype formed rows of export cartons and placed them inside shipping containers.

From conveyor to container
The Australian Meat Processor Corporation reported on 29 April 2026 that an automated export-carton loader had completed operational trials. A proof-of-concept system first developed at John Dee was further engineered by Fibre King. The prototype takes meat cartons from a conveyor, aligns them into rows and places those rows inside an export container.
Trial throughput
During testing, the system sustained about seven cartons per minute and ran for up to three hours without manual intervention. AMPC said that this rate remained slightly below loading by two workers. The published project describes a prototype trial and further commercial development, rather than an installed Zhengye product.
