ZHENGYE / PROJECT RESOURCES
Build a maintenance plan from the delivered machine instructions and the site's operating conditions. The guidance here helps organise records and enquiries; model-specific intervals and procedures must come from the applicable equipment documentation.

Keep an equipment register
Record the machine name, identification, drive details, electrical diagrams and component references. Keep installation and commissioning notes with the register. These records make it easier to identify a replacement part and understand whether a fault involves the machine or an interface with another system.
Organise routine checks
Use the equipment instructions to establish checks for drives, fasteners, rails, guarding, controls and any pneumatic or hydraulic connections. Record abnormal noise, leakage, wear and operating changes. Inspection involving moving equipment or electrical systems requires trained personnel and the site isolation procedure.
Coordinate cleaning and maintenance
Cleaning methods must be suitable for the machine and its components. Protect electrical and drive assemblies as specified in the instructions. Plan access and downtime so maintenance does not conflict with production or cleaning activities, and document work completed before restarting.
Identify useful spare parts
Prepare a spare parts list using actual installed component references. Confirm compatibility and supply details with the team before ordering. A photograph, label, dimensions and machine reference are more useful than an informal part name alone.
Send equipment support information
Provide the machine ID, order reference, nameplate, fault history and site photos, together with the site contact.
