About Zhengye
Is Zhengye a manufacturer or a trading company?
Manufacturer. Nanjing Zhengye Slaughter Machinery Co., Ltd. designs, welds, assembles and tests equipment in its own factory in Nanjing, China. Factory visits and live video audits are welcome before you order.
Why do you only build pig, cattle and sheep lines?
Focus. Livestock slaughter has very different engineering from poultry or fish processing. By limiting ourselves to three species, every engineer on your project works on this kind of line every day — which shows in sizing, layout and commissioning speed.
Capacity and Equipment
What capacity range can you deliver?
Pig lines from 50 to 1,200 heads per shift, cattle lines from 20 to 500 heads per day, and sheep/goat lines from 100 to 3,000 heads per shift. Lines are configured to order — manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic.
Can I buy single machines instead of a whole line?
Yes. We supply individual machines — stunners, dehairers, hide pullers, saws, conveyors, rail systems — with the same QC and documentation as full lines. We will also check that the machine interfaces correctly with your existing line.
Can you match our local voltage and standards?
Yes. Electrical cabinets are built to your voltage and frequency (e.g. 380V/50Hz, 220V/60Hz, 415V/50Hz), wired and labeled in English, with components chosen so your local electricians can source replacements.
Halal Compliance
Can you build a halal-certified slaughter line?
We design halal cattle and sheep lines to support certification — halal killing boxes, correct restraint and orientation, bleeding time, materials and cleanability, plus documentation for your certifier. The certificate itself is issued by your certification body (MUI/BPJPH, JAKIM, KAZHALAL etc.), not by us.
Ordering, Delivery and Payment
How long does delivery take?
Single machines: typically weeks. Complete lines: production plus shipping typically runs a few months depending on capacity and automation level. Your contract fixes a milestone schedule, with progress updates during manufacturing.
What are the payment terms?
Standard terms are T/T bank transfer with a deposit to start production and balance before shipment. Irrevocable letter of credit is accepted for larger turnkey orders. Incoterms are typically FOB or CIF.
Do you handle shipping and customs documents?
Yes. We arrange sea freight to Southeast Asia or rail to Central Asia, and prepare the full document set: invoice, packing list, bill of lading/waybill, certificate of origin and country-specific certificates, including RCEP origin documents where applicable.
Installation and After-sales
Do you install the equipment in our country?
Yes. Our engineers travel to your site for installation, commissioning and operator training, and stay until the line runs at the agreed capacity. Remote support continues after handover.
How do we get spare parts later?
Every line ships with a spare parts list and recommended first-year stock. Wear parts ship from stock by express or with your next container. Components are standard, branded items, so local sourcing is also possible.
What warranty do you provide?
Equipment is covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects, with lifetime technical support. Warranty terms and response commitments are written into your contract, so there is no ambiguity later.
