Export Packing and Container Loading
Slaughter equipment is heavy, awkwardly shaped and headed for humid climates. Machines are wrapped, protected at exposed surfaces, and secured in the container against shifting during sea transport. Stainless surfaces are covered to prevent scratching; motors and electrical cabinets are sealed against moisture. Every container gets a loading plan, and you receive photos of your equipment as it is loaded — so what arrives matches what left the factory.
Shipping: Sea and Rail
For Southeast Asia — Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia — equipment ships by sea from Chinese ports, with transit times typically measured in weeks. For Central Asia — Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and neighbors — we ship by rail, which has become the practical backbone for machinery into the region. We quote both options where they exist and recommend based on your timeline and site location.
Export Documentation
We prepare the full document set your customs broker needs: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or rail waybill, certificate of origin, and any country-specific certificates required for machinery import. For markets with preferential tariffs under RCEP or bilateral agreements, we provide the origin documentation that lets you claim the reduced rate. Technical documents — manuals, electrical schematics, spare parts lists — are supplied in English.
Project Milestones
Every turnkey project runs on an agreed milestone schedule, so you always know what happens next:
- Contract and technical specification confirmation
- Layout drawings submitted for your approval
- Manufacturing with photo/video progress updates at agreed checkpoints
- Pre-assembly and factory acceptance test (witnessed in person or by live video)
- Packing, container loading and shipment with tracking
- On-site installation, commissioning and operator training
- Handover with documentation package and spare parts list
Payment and Terms
Standard terms are T/T (bank transfer) with a deposit to start production and balance before shipment; irrevocable letter of credit is accepted for larger turnkey orders. Incoterms are typically FOB or CIF — tell us your port and we will quote accordingly.
