What Is Included
- Process and capacity design — slaughter process flow engineered around your animal mix, capacity and shift pattern
- Line layout and drawings — equipment layout, rail routing, utility connection points and hygiene zoning drawings for your building
- Equipment supply — all slaughter line equipment, rail systems, conveyors and control cabinets, manufactured and pre-assembled in our factory
- Factory acceptance test — witnessed in person or by live video, with punch-list closure before shipment
- Export delivery — packing, container loading, shipping documents and freight arrangement (sea or rail)
- Installation and commissioning — our engineers on site until the line runs at agreed capacity
- Training — operator, maintenance and hygiene training for your team
- After-sales — spare parts, remote support and maintenance planning
Where the Boundary Is
Clear boundaries prevent mid-project surprises. Civil construction, building works, refrigeration plant, boilers, water treatment and mains power connection are normally the client’s scope — but we provide the technical requirements (load lists, connection points, floor loading, drainage) that your local contractors need, and we coordinate interfaces so the line and the building fit together. If you need a wider EPC scope, tell us early and we will structure the proposal accordingly.
Project Milestones
- Requirement confirmation — capacity, species, halal requirements, building and utilities
- Technical proposal — process flow, equipment list, layout drawings, budget and timeline
- Contract and design freeze — agreed specification becomes the manufacturing baseline
- Manufacturing — with photo/video updates at agreed checkpoints
- FAT and shipment — acceptance test, packing, loading, dispatch with tracking
- Installation — erection, alignment, utility connection and dry runs
- Commissioning — production trials at increasing load until rated capacity is stable
- Handover — training sign-off, documentation package, spare parts list
