Technical Support for Slaughter Line Equipment

ZHENGYE / PROJECT RESOURCES

A useful support request identifies the machine, the operating condition and the problem. Send equipment details to sales@zhengyemachinery.com or contact our team on WhatsApp to arrange the next step.

Equipment or design reference from the Zhengye material library; final project details require review.

Identify the equipment

Provide the equipment name, serial or nameplate information if present, order reference and installation location. Add a clear photo of the complete machine and a close-up of the affected component. Avoid sending only an isolated part photo: the surrounding installation helps identify the correct assembly.

Describe the fault and operating conditions

Explain when the fault started, whether it is intermittent, what the operator observed and whether an alarm code is displayed. Include recent maintenance or setting changes and the relevant operating conditions. For an unsafe condition, stop using the equipment and follow the site safety procedure before inspection.

Request spare parts

Share a component number, dimensions, quantity and equipment reference. Motor, gearbox, pneumatic and electrical parts require the original label details to avoid a mismatch. Ask the team to confirm the part identity, compatibility and supply arrangement before ordering.

Arrange remote or site assistance

Some enquiries can be reviewed using photographs, diagrams and video. Work requiring access to moving machinery or electrical systems must be handled by qualified site personnel under the relevant isolation procedure. The scope, timing and commercial terms for remote or on-site assistance are agreed for each request.
