ZHENGYE / PROJECT RESOURCES
A feasibility brief tests whether the proposed operation, building and equipment scope fit together. Zhengye can discuss line equipment and layout inputs; financial forecasts, permitting and market assumptions require evidence from the project owner and qualified local advisers.

Describe the intended operation
Identify the animal types, sourcing pattern, target output, operating hours and intended product form. Explain how animals arrive and how finished products leave. Distinguish a firm requirement from an early estimate so the line proposal does not conceal uncertainty.
Check the site and utilities
Document the site boundaries, building dimensions, access, water supply, power availability, drainage and interfaces with wastewater and chilling systems. Existing building constraints can determine the route and equipment arrangement. Provide a measured plan and note unresolved civil or utility questions.
Build a budget by scope
Separate land and building, equipment, utilities, refrigeration, freight, local taxes, installation and working capital. Request comparable equipment schedules and state exclusions. Do not treat an equipment-only estimate as the total investment required for an operational facility.

Set review milestones
Start with a project brief and concept route, then confirm equipment scope, building interfaces and specialist requirements. Identify who approves each input and how drawing revisions are controlled. Move to a final quotation only after the principal assumptions have been reviewed.

Use this table for project discussions or a printed review. Record actual project information; equipment values and work scope follow the applicable drawings, manuals and contract.
| Review item | Evidence and information to record |
|---|---|
| Market and product | List species, livestock sourcing, product form and evidence of demand |
| Site and operation | Provide measured building drawings, target throughput and operating schedule |
| Investment scope | Separate building, equipment, chilling, utilities and installation allowances |
| Assumption status | Record source, approver and open questions for each assumption |
