ZHENGYE / PROJECT RESOURCES
Choose automation by the task it needs to improve: consistent transport, coordinated transfer or a repeatable machine operation. The appropriate scope depends on the animal, line route, staffing, maintenance capability and project budget.

Match transport to the process
Overhead rails, bleeding conveyors and inspection conveyors connect workstations, but they serve different tasks. Review loading and unloading, transfer positions, access for inspection and the interfaces between drives. The longest or fastest conveyor does not by itself establish the output of the complete line.
Review individual machine operations
The material library includes equipment for pig scalding and dehairing, cattle restraint and hide pulling, and sheep skinning. Discuss each machine against the intended process and animal characteristics. Confirm manual tasks that remain and the access required for cleaning and servicing.
Coordinate controls and safety interfaces
Define operating sequences, local controls, emergency stopping zones and restart arrangements with the equipment team. Electrical design and machinery risk assessment need project-specific review. Integration with existing machines requires their diagrams and operating information, not an assumption that all controls are compatible.
Plan a practical upgrade
For an existing line, document its equipment, dimensions, observed bottleneck and available installation window. Assess a defined upgrade package before replacing an entire line. Agree required interfaces, commissioning checks and maintenance responsibilities as part of the proposed scope.

Use this table for project discussions or a printed review. Record actual project information; equipment values and work scope follow the applicable drawings, manuals and contract.
| Review item | Evidence and information to record |
|---|---|
| Current operation | Record station tasks, manual work and observed bottlenecks |
| Proposed tasks | Define machine actions and tasks that remain manual |
| Interfaces | Provide adjacent machine, control, power and transfer information |
| Implementation | Agree shutdown window, cleaning access, maintenance access and commissioning checks |
