Installation, Training and After-sales Support

ZHENGYE / PROJECT RESOURCES

Installation and support start with an agreed scope. Define the equipment supplied, site responsibilities, commissioning checks and training needs before shipment so the installation team has the right information.

Installation, Training and After-sales Support equipment reference
Equipment or design reference from the Zhengye material library; final project details require review.

Confirm site readiness

Review access for unloading, foundations and fixing points, structural support for overhead rails, finished floor levels and drainage. Identify power, water, compressed air and other utility connections that the selected machines require. The building and utilities must be checked against the agreed drawings before equipment installation.

Coordinate installation responsibilities

Agree who provides lifting equipment, local labour, qualified electrical personnel and site supervision. Identify interfaces with refrigeration, civil works and wastewater systems. Confirm travel arrangements and the installation schedule only after site readiness and the commercial scope are clear.

Plan commissioning and handover

Prepare a check sheet covering installation completeness, guarding, emergency controls, machine direction, rail movement and process interfaces. Record observations, outstanding items and the agreed acceptance criteria. A showroom display or animation is not a substitute for project-specific commissioning records.

Operator training and ongoing support

Training should address operating sequences, cleaning access, inspection points and routine maintenance using the delivered equipment instructions. Keep equipment records, spare part references and the support contact accessible to the maintenance team. Response arrangements and warranties follow the agreed contract.
