Slaughter line equipment earns its reputation inside the factory, long before it reaches your site. This page shows how Zhengye manufactures: our workshops, production flow and the checkpoints every machine passes before it is packed for export.
Workshops and Production Flow
Zhengye’s production is organized around the way a slaughter line is built — heavy fabrication first, precision assembly last:
- Cutting and forming — stainless and carbon steel plate is cut, bent and formed to drawing. Material batches are logged so every plate in a food-contact zone is traceable.
- Welding and fabrication — frames, tanks, rails and conveyor structures are welded by certified welders. Food-contact welds are ground and polished to support cleaning and halal audit requirements.
- Machining — shafts, rollers and drive components are machined to tolerance so chains, drums and conveyors run true over years of daily washdown.
- Assembly — machines are assembled in dedicated bays, with motors, gearboxes, pneumatics and hydraulics fitted and aligned.
- Electrical panel building — control cabinets are wired in-house, labeled in English, and configured for the destination country’s voltage and frequency.
- Pre-assembly and testing — line sections are pre-assembled in the factory to verify fit and alignment, then tested under power before packing.
Why Pre-Assembly Matters
A slaughter line is a system, not a pile of machines. Before anything leaves the factory, key line sections are pre-assembled to confirm that conveyor heights match, rail spacing is consistent and drive stations align. Finding a 5 mm misalignment in our workshop costs an afternoon; finding it on your site costs a week of installation time and a container of modification parts.
Capacity and Stock
We keep raw material and common wear parts in stock so that replacement parts for running lines ship quickly, and so that project schedules are not hostage to steel market lead times. Standard machines for smaller lines can move faster; full turnkey lines are scheduled against your project milestones and confirmed in the contract.
Every order is tracked through production with photo and video updates at agreed checkpoints, so you can follow your line being built without boarding a plane. Customers are equally welcome to visit the factory in person — see how we handle factory visits and project delivery.
Quality Before Packing
No machine is packed until it has passed the checks described in our quality control process: weld inspection, dimensional checks against drawings, no-load running tests and, where applicable, water-pressure tests on scalding tanks and hydraulic pressure tests on killing boxes and hide pullers.
