美国农业研究署2021年至2026年7月的项目研究手持成像设备，用于肉类和设备表面污染检查。此前发表的研究测试了不锈钢与聚乙烯表面部分食物残留的检测。
研究范围
荧光信号可在特定照明条件下显示部分物质。所引研究没有报告可识别所有病原体，或在所有设备表面得到相同效果。
